Authentic Pizza Napoletana
Our authentic Neapolitan pizza dough is made from scratch, using only the original 4 ingredients: 1) Unbleached, non-bromated, glyphosate & additive free Italian flour. 2) Mediterranean Sea salt. 3) Yeast. 4) Purified triple filtered water. After 48 hours of fermentation, the dough is divided into stretch-ready doughballs and then baked for 90 seconds in our Italian wood-fired oven at 900˚
